Phobias, Anxieties & PTSD

Webster's New World Dictionary defines a phobia as an irrational, excessive and persistent fear of some thing or situation.  All phobias and anxieties are rooted in our sub-conscious mind. Since Hypnosis is the most direct path into the sub-conscious mind it also has proven the most effective way disarming phobias and anxieties.

Most phobias can be traced back to an initial sensitizing event (ISE. Sometimes we can remember the ISE sometimes we can’t, but either way there is a solution.  Phobias are often created in a “one time learning” experience, which means you may have learned to fear something in one single event. Often it can be a very traumatic event such as a child being bitten by a dog. That child may develop a lifelong fear of dogs.

The objective using hypnosis and regression work  is to discover the initial sensitizing event and to desensitize the client from the fear followed by creating new responses to the old triggers.

Phobias such as fears of spiders, a fear of flying, or a fear of being in an enclosed space can usually be effectively treated in very few sessions.

 I got over it!

"Literally, I got over it! I have lived in San Diego most all my life. Being in outside sales my career depends upon my ability to drive to my clients location for meetings. Last spring I started suffering from panic attacks when driving and unable to even consider crossing the bridge. I knew I was in trouble when I had to cancel an appointment because I was to scared to face the bridge and I had not allowed myself enough time to drive around. That day I called Christian in tears asking for help. I was pleased to find that he is patient, caring and easy to talk to. The time I spent with Christian has enabled me to deal with more than the "bridge and driving" issues. He uncovered deep underlying experiences that were contributing to this anxiety. I have seen therapist and psychologist in the past. Never before did any of them touch the core or assist me in resolving what had been affecting me since childhood. Thanks to Christian's insight and priceless help, I know and experience peace and joy in my life and have not had a single panic attack since our sessions began. Thanks to his help my life is back on track. Kudo's to Christian! I have and will highly recommend him to everyone I know.
