Stop Smoking

This extremely successful program consists of two hypnosis sessions. Both sessions include hypnotherapy techniques, positive affirmations and suggestions. At the end of your first session you will be given a hypnosis CD to take home with you. This CD is for you to listen to once a day for 30 days, reinforcing the suggestions you received in your first session. The first session focuses on becoming a non-smoker and the second session focuses on remaining a non-smoker.

Quitting smoking should not be difficult or unpleasant. Almost everybody  will stop smoking after their first session. You will also notice that the desire to smoke leaves quickly. Most of my clients will report to me that Hypnosis was the fastest, easiest and most effective way fro them to stop smoking.

So why hasn't it been that easy previously? Simple! You didn't deal with the psychological reasons and secondary benefits of smoking. In fact, you probably put cigarettes up on some kind of a pedestal. If you think that stopping smoking is depriving you of something, then it is just a matter of time until you start again. Hypnotherapy is ideal for this. Using hypnosis, you can deal with all of the emotional and psychological aspects of giving up smoking.

Tobacco smoke contains at least forty-three carcinogenic substances. Tobacco use accounts for 30% of all cancer deaths in the United States. Smoking is responsible for 90% of lung cancer among men and 70% among women. Cancer of the mouth, larynx, esophagus, kidney, bladder, pancreas, and uterine cervix also have cigarette smoking in common as a major cause.

Three million people die each year as a result of smoking. In the United States, tobacco use is responsible for nearly one in five deaths, killing more than 400,000 Americans each year. This is more than the number of people who would die every year if three jumbo jetliners crashed each day with no survivors. Smoking is the single more preventable cause of death in our society.
